If you run a business on WhatsApp, you answer the same questions all day — hours, prices, order status, payment details. These quick reply templates cover the essentials, so you can respond in seconds and keep every chat consistent.

The WhatsApp Business app has built-in quick replies (you trigger them with /), but they're capped and only work inside that app. On WhatsApp Web, ReplyKit lets you insert unlimited saved messages by typing // in the chat box — and the same library works in your email and help desk too. How to set up your quick replies

  1. Install the free ReplyKit extension in Chrome.
